The ancient Greeks had two words for time. Chronos — time that flows, the ticking clock. And Kairos — the perfect moment to act. A moment that, once missed, never returns.

Kairos Digital was born from a simple belief: most local businesses don’t need an expensive corporate agency. They need someone who understands their work, moves fast and speaks plainly.

We build websites and run social media — for restaurants, salons, trades and small companies that want to grow but have no time for digital chaos. Business process automation is coming soon.

We’re based in Matulji, Croatia, working with clients across the country and beyond.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about us

Who is behind Kairos Digital?

Kairos Digital is run by Ivan Vinger from Matulji, Croatia. It is a small agency, not a network of subcontractors — the same person who works on your project talks to you, from the first conversation to delivery. No account manager in between and no passing the blame.

Why is the agency called Kairos?

Kairos is the Greek word for the right moment — the one you have to act on. As opposed to chronos, time that simply passes. The name was chosen because the most common online problem local businesses have is exactly that: waiting while a competitor takes the visibility.

Do you work with clients outside the Kvarner region?

Yes. We are based in Matulji and cover Opatija, Rijeka, Crikvenica and the surrounding area for in-person meetings, while working remotely with clients across Croatia. The process is the same either way — a video call, a shared document and clear deadlines.

What types of business do you usually work with?

Mostly restaurants, cafés, salons, tradespeople and holiday rental hosts — businesses that live on local visibility and bookings. For them we know what actually brings enquiries and what is just decoration that makes the project more expensive.

Who owns the website after delivery?

You do. The domain, hosting account, content and source code transfer to you and stay yours. We do not lock clients into our own platform and we do not hold credentials as leverage — if you move to someone else one day, everything goes with you.
